Directions

1. Apply 5–6 drops of organic castor oil to the centre of the patch or directly onto your belly button or the affected area.

2. Place the patch over the area and press gently for full coverage.

3. Leave on for 30 minutes or overnight for best results.

4. Dispose of after use.
