Shipping Policy

Our orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days of being received. Items are delivered between 2-4 business days, however regional areas may take longer. 
We currently ONLY ship within Australia. All prices listed are in Australian dollar. 
If you are within a 15km radius of our store, we have a complimentary free delivery for our customers on Fridays!*
*minimum order $150.
*orders must be placed latest by Thursday 10am for Friday dispatch.

Please note for store Click & Collect, you will be emailed when your order is ready for pick-up.

Click & Collect turnaround is between 24 to 48hrs.

*Please bring in order confirmation as well as I.D to be able to pick up your order.

*All orders that are shipped out, are left in front of door or somewhere deemed safe (No signature is required) If you have any issues with this please let us know prior to placing an order.*

Please note refrigerated items are sent as is, when possible Cold gel packs are placed. We can't guarantee it will come in refrigerated courier trucks. If you are ordering interstate please keep in mind how long it will take to receive your product, once ordered it is not our responsibility for the item being out of fridge. However please note most refrigerated items are fine to stay out of the fridge for a few days especially during the colder months. If you are not sure whether to order a refrigerated item or not please email us at before placing order.

ALL our orders are packed and sent in cardboard boxes that we receive our stock in, so we can be environmentally friendly as much as possible :)

Return Policy

No refunds for change of mind.
No refunds on Sale items.
For any items that arrive broken or damaged, please email us at quoting "Damaged Item" in the subject line with a photograph within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will provide you with a store credit or replacement.
If for any reason there is an issue with your order from our end (incomplete or incorrect), please email us at within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, quoting your order number and the missing or incorrect item and we will provide a pre-paid return satchel for the incorrect item and the replacement will be sent to you within 5 business days. 
Stock that is returned must be in clean, sealable condition and within same packaging as received.
Please note we do not accept returns for: Discontinued items, Sale items, Hygiene items (menstrual cups, pads/liners).
