Directions

Patch test before first use.

-Warm a small amount of balm between your fingertips.
-Gently massage onto the baby's stomach in a clockwise direction.
-Apply to the bottom of the feet and lower back.
-Continue massaging gently for approximately one minute.
-For babies, apply 30 minutes to 1 hour after a bath.
-For adults, apply to clean skin after a shower.

Use caution when applying to the soles of the feet, as the balm may create a slippery surface. For external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
