1 cup of sage tea 1 hour before bed may support menopausal symptoms and help regulate excessive perspiration. May assist with sore throats, mouth ulcers and infected gums, cough and colds. May help dry up breast milk once nursing has stopped. Antispasmodic, may stimulate digestion. May improve memory. Antiseptic properties valuable during intestinal infection.
