Directions

Adults - Take one capsule two times daily with water. Restore cap tightly after use to protect capsules fro moisture. 

Does not contain: Animal products including eggs, fish, crustaceans, dairy. Also no gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners and preservatives.

Store below 25c in a dry place away from sunlight.
