Each hard capsule contains: Activated charcoal 260mg Zingiber officinale (ginger) root extract dry concentrate 100mg from dry root 2 grams Peppermint oil 5mg

Directions

Adults only - Take one capsule up to 3 times daily 30 minutes before a meal or as directed by your health professional.
