Our most loving fruit and nut trail mix of activated walnuts, cashews, pistachios and pepitas with raw macadamias, cherries, apricots and currants, scattered with edible rose petals. Long-soaked in filtered water, house-made organic kombucha and Australian rock salt, then slowly dehydrated for 48+ hours below 60 degrees. Activating makes the nuts and seeds easier to digest, improves nutrient absorption and delivers a satisfying crunch.
