Flowering just every 2-3 years, the cream coloured Jarrah blossom yields a rich medium to dark amber coloured honey that is lower in glucose than other honey varieties, with a deep and complex flavour. This honey has a very high Total Activity (TA) rating of 35+ (~MGO1000), making it not only rich in taste but delivering very strong antimicrobial qualities as well. Jarrah Honey is Low GI.

Collected in the protected, remote and lush Jarrah forests, southwest of Perth near the town of Dwellingup, Western Australia.

TASTING NOTE Cherry chocolate syrup flavour top notes that evolve to Sticky Date Pudding base - ripe with dates and walnuts. A nutmeg and sweet tobacco flavour persistence.
