Each Tablet contains extract equivalent to the dried herbs: Rehmannia glutinosa root 5g, Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree) 200mg, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 3g, Bupleurum falcatum root 1.5g, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200IU) 5mcg, naturally derived excipients Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Carnauba wax Cellulose microcrystalline, Silica colloidal, Magnesium stearate, tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029

Directions

Starting dose: 1 tablet, twice daily
Maintenance dose: 1 tablet daily
