Directions

Mix two slightly heaped scoops with 250 ml of water once daily.

Prefer smaller doses? Take one heaped scoop (6.25 g) twice daily.

Consume your mixed drink within 30 minutes. Increase fluid intake when increasing fibre.

Daily dosage: 12.5 g.
