Each 6g dose of powder (1 scoop) contains: Magnesium glycinate 1418.8mg equiv. magnesium 200mg

Directions

Adults - Mix 6g of powder (1scoop provided) daily with 200ml of water or your preffered beverage. Stir well and drink promptly for best results. The powder provides a pleasant vanilla taste. 

Does not contain: Animal products including eggs, fish, crustaceans, dairy. Also no gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners and preservatives.

Store below 25c in a dry place away from sunlight.
