This high potency herbal medicine contains herbs traditionally used in Chinese and Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flushes, night sweats, sleeplessness and fatigue.

Rehmannia is used to help relieve menopausal symptoms as it clears heat and cools the blood to help relieve irritability, restlessness and feverish sensations at night (hot sweats).
Chaste Tree may be used for menstrual irregularities and relief of PMS symptoms such as breast tenderness, headaches, irritability and fluid retention. Also used to relieve menopausal symptoms.
Angelica is an aromatic herb commonly used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as a female remedy for gynaecological conditions.
Chinese Yam (Dioscorea Opposita) helps relieve night sweats and also support energy. Often combined with other herbs for maximum effect.
Peony is used to help relieve complications of women's health. It nourishes the liver blood & softens the liver to help regulate menstruation and alleviate pain. Peony may be used to relieve sweating.
Bupleurum is a traditional herb used in Chinese medicine to help relieve irritability and emotional distress.
Calcium Adequate intake of calcium may help prevent bone loss and osteoporosis in peri- and post-menopausal women.
Magnesium helps to maintain proper muscle function, including the heart muscles, as well as energy metabolism, tissue formation and bone development.
Vitamin D3 helps in regulating calcium and phosphorus levels in the body, and also the development and maintenance of bones, healthy skin and muscle strength.
Ziziphus Traditionally used in Chinese herbal medicine as a mild sedative, ziziphus may be helpful in promoting a good night's sleep & relieving sleeplessness. Ziziphus also helps to inhibit sweating

Day tablet:
Rehmannia glutinosa root: 1.2g, Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree): 100mg, Angelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai): 200mg, Dioscorea opposita root (Chinese Yam): 200mg, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony): 200mg, Bupleurum falcatum root: 200mg, Calcium hydrogen phosphate: 350gm. Equiv calcium 81.6mg, Calcium amino acid chelate: 50mg. Equiv calcium 10mg, Magnesium amino acid chelate:50mg. Equiv magnesium 10mg), Cholecalciferol: 2.5mcg (Vitamin D3 100IU)
Night tablet:
Rehmannia glutinosa root: 7.6g, Ziziphus jujube seed: 10g
Free from wheat, artificial flavours & sweeteners, gluten and dairy.
Directions
Adults:
- Take 2 DAY tablets in the morning.
- Take 1 NIGHT tablet in the evening
