Ingredients

1000 mg of odourless natural fish oil, which provides 180 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 120 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

150 mg of Black Seed Oil TQ+ 5%, equivalent to 1150 mg of Nigella Sativa Oil TQ+ 1%, delivering a minimum of 7.5 mg of Thymoquinone. The capsules are made from bovine (beef) gelatin and contain fish products. 

Directions

Adults should take one capsule daily to maintain general wellbeing. For additional support, two capsules daily may be taken to assist cardiovascular health, brain function, and healthy blood sugar balance. For optimal eye health, three capsules daily are recommended, or as directed by your healthcare professional. To maximise absorption and comfort, it is best to take the capsules with food.
