Ensure the skin is clean and dry before application to enhance absorption. 

3 x pumps of magnesium gel approx. 5 grams) onto your fingers or directly onto the areas you experience muscle pain, cramps or tension. Focus on areas of the body that experience the most tension or pain, such as the neck, shoulders, back, legs, or joints. Avoid eyes, mouth, nose. 

Gently massage the gel into the skin until it is fully absorbed. This can also help increase blood flow to the area and enhance the gel's effectiveness. 

Follow the recommended dosage on the product label or as advised by a healthcare provider. A common recommendation is to start with a small amount and adjust as needed.

Apply once or twice daily or as needed, depending on your magnesium requirements and specific issues such as muscle pain or stress or how well your body responds to the gel.
