containing Actaea racemosa root and rhizome ext. dry conc. 30 mg
derived from Actaea racemosa root and rhizome dry 450 mg

Directions

Adults - Take two capsules with water, daily, or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings

In very rare cases - black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or
abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

Do not exceed 2 capsules a day. Store below 250C away from direct sunlight.
