Directions

Use 1-2 teaspoons to 1 cup of boiled water, 3 times daily. Steep for 10 minutes. For menstrual problems take just before beginning of cycle, 1 cup every 2-3 hours can be used. Not suitable for children under 12. Half dose for teenagers.
