Directions

Use ½ to 1 teaspoon per cup of boiled water. Steep for 10-15 mins, strain and use up to 5 times daily for acute problems. Usual daily intake 3 cups. To make stronger, boil herb for a few minutes. Start using 10 days prior to assist painful menstruation. Half dose for children, not suitable for under 12s.
