Whats the point of anti-ageing ingredients, particularly the expensive ones, if they just sit on top of the skin? Exactly! Not much point at all. Test tube results are meaningless if they dont translate to real life, right? We want ingredients that do what theyre supposed to (thats why you buy them after all), and to do that, they need to get into your skin. An effective serum is all about compatible molecular size and appropriate delivery systems. Theres a lot more to effective skin care than slapping on a cream and hoping for the best.

Argireline, as it stands, is a fantastic anti-ageing ingredient...in the test tube. It was specifically designed to target wrinkles and lines, particularly at the source of facial expression. However, studies on living skin came back with mixed results, mostly due to the poor level of penetration of the molecule into the skin. This has been a consistent problem for a lot of Peptides used in skincare products; they sound great, but when it comes to using them, you end up with not a whole lot of results and a lot of disappointment.

To overcome this penetration problem, Argireline Amplified Peptide was developed in 2020. It has a smaller molecule size than regular Argireline, which makes it a lot easier to get through the skin barrier. For good measure, we also combined it with a liposome delivery system that ensures this wonderful active penetrates down to the deepest layer of the skin. Argireline Amplified Peptide works by weakening the neurotransmitters between your skin and facial muscles. This reduces the prevalence and severity of expression lines that end up on your face by allowing the muscle to move without the skin moving with it. Less expression lines = Less visible fine lines and wrinkles!

We use the same percentage and same techniques as used in the original lab trials (see image below) to ensure we can achieve the same results: a 20% reduction in wrinkle depth after just 28 days of use. Pretty cool, huh? The effects of Argireline Amplified Peptide last around 5 days as the neurotransmitters reconnect the skin and the muscle. This means your results will improve over time with continued use as wrinkles and expression lines are ongoingly preventatively diminished. Sound familiar? Yes, this is what anti-ageing injections like Botox do, but on a much more drastic, expensive, semi-permanent, and invasive level.
