Ingredients

Active ingredients per Vegan capsule: Quercetin 250 mg, Colecalciferol Vitashinež (Vitamin D3 500 IU) 12.5 mcg, Zinc gluconate 153.14 mg (equiv. Zinc 20 mg), Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 250 mg.

Directions 

 Take one (1) capsule twice daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not use if seal on cap/lid has been broken. Shelf life 24 months from the date of manufacture.
